Sadie & I just had a small success with loose-leash walking! We have been working on loose-leash walking for nearly three weeks in our backyard. We tried the front yard once about a week ago but immediately retreated to the backyard because there were too many distractions in the front yard.
Just now...Sadie & I walked all the way to the mailbox and back...a 1/2 block away...on a loose-leash!! We did it on the flat-buckle collar - not the Gentle Leader!! I feel so good about this success!
